Role Overview :
As a Senior Software Engineer based in Gurugram, you will be at the forefront of our AI-driven product evolution, architecting scalable solutions that integrate Large Language Models into our core ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure engineers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance software. Your work will directly influence the intelligence and efficiency of our platform, ensuring that our customers receive cutting-edge, reliable, and intuitive AI-powered experiences that drive significant business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement robust backend architectures that support the seamless integration of LLMs to enhance product functionality and user engagement.
- Optimize AI model deployment pipelines to ensure low-latency performance and high availability for our global user base.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that our engineering efforts align with long-term business objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system bottlenecks to maintain the stability and scalability of our production-grade AI applications.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling production-ready applications using Python or Go, with a deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven ability to integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks into existing software architectures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making.
- A solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, typically evidenced by a degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- High adaptability to a hybrid work environment in Gurugram, showing a proactive approach to team collaboration and independent problem-solving.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a track record of delivering high-impact technical projects.
