Build the monitoring, alerting, and observability that catches problems while they're still small.\n\nMake our systems scale. Find the limits before our growth does and engineer past them.\n\nOwn developer velocity. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Pylon.
