Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.\nIf making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you! This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow and learn at a world-class property!\nYour role:\nGreet guests promptly and professionally and establish a welcoming dining experience.\nDemonstrate thorough knowledge of all food menus, beverage offerings, daily specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and appropriate accompaniments.\nMaintain knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions and follow established procedures when communicating allergy-related requests.\nExplain menu items clearly and confidently and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.\nActively suggest appetizers, beverages, wine, enhancements, side dishes, desserts, and after-dinner beverages when appropriate.\nTake accurate food and beverage orders and enter all items correctly into the POS system.\nFollow proper seat numbering and course sequencing procedures.\nCommunicate special requests and modifications accurately to the culinary and bar teams.\nMonitor the timing and quality of each course and communicate delays or concerns immediately.\nPerform appropriate table maintenance throughout the dining experience.\nRefill beverages and anticipate guest needs without requiring the guest to ask.\nDeliver and present food and beverages according to established service standards.\nCheck guest satisfaction after food and beverages are delivered and take immediate action when recovery is required.\nProcess guest checks, room charges, credit cards, cash, discounts, and other forms of payment accurately.\nFollow all procedures related to complimentary items, voids, discounts, and adjustments.\nComplete assigned opening, running, and closing side work.\nMaintain clean and fully stocked service stations throughout the shift.\nAssist with resetting tables and preparing the restaurant for subsequent guests.\nMaintain proper sanitation and food-handling practices.\nParticipate in pre-shift meetings and remain informed of VIPs, groups, special events, unavailable items, menu changes, and daily operational information.\nCommunicate guest concerns immediately and assist with service recovery within the colleague's authority.\nSupport fellow servers and other Food & Beverage colleagues during periods of high volume.\nMaintain professional appearance and uniform standards at all times.\nProtect guest privacy and confidential resort information.\nPerform other reasonable Food & Beverage duties as assigned based on operational needs.\nWhat are we looking for?\nPrevious restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.\nAbility to communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.\nAbility to learn food, wine, spirits, cocktails, and menu specifications.\nAbility to operate the designated POS system.\nAbility to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nMust meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.\nCompensation:\n$-\n$Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
