The role will involve hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, automation, integrations, and application of AI capabilities to deliver scalable and secure business solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.\n\n- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and reusable components following Salesforce development best practices.\n\n- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, workflows, permissions, and automation based on business requirements.\n\n- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks.\n\n- Leverage Agentforce and AI-assisted development capabilities to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and solution delivery.\n\n- Develop and configure AI-enabled Salesforce solutions using Agentforce and related Salesforce capabilities.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, architects, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.\n\n- Develop and execute unit tests and support functional, integration, and regression testing.\n\n- Troubleshoot application, integration, automation, and performance issues and implement appropriate fixes.\n\n- Follow Salesforce best practices for security, governor limits, code quality, performance, and maintainability.\n\n- Support deployment and release activities across Salesforce environments using appropriate DevOps/CI-CD practices.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and reusable technical components.\n\n- Analyze and optimize Salesforce application performance and automation.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation covering configurations, customizations, integrations, and solution designs.\n\n- Stay current with Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce features, platform enhancements, and emerging AI-assisted development practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 5 -
