Empower Teams.\nThe IT Systems Operations Manager will lead day-to-day IT operations across an assigned portfolio of sites and business units within our global manufacturing organization.\nThis role will help ensure our technology infrastructure and support services are reliable, secure, consistent, and aligned with global IT standards. You'll lead and develop assigned systems and support personnel while driving improvements that enhance the technology experience for our team members and manufacturing operations.\nLead IT Operations & Service Delivery\nOversee day-to-day IT operations and support services across assigned sites, business units, and territories.\nLead support teams in timely service requests, incident resolution, escalations, and communication.\nPrioritize IT support based on business impact, urgency, and operational requirements.\nServe as the point of accountability for recurring service issues through resolution.\nPartner with site leaders and stakeholders to identify technology needs and improvement opportunities.\nManage Incidents, Changes & Continuous Improvement\nCoordinate incident, major incident, problem, and change-management activities.\nDrive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce recurring issues.\nEnsure technology changes are appropriately planned, approved, communicated, and executed.\nUse service data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improved reliability, efficiency, and user experience.\nPromote automation, self-service, and standardized support practices.\nOversee Site Technology & Infrastructure Readiness\nCoordinate technology deployments, upgrades, refreshes, relocations, and site openings.\nMonitor technology health, support coverage, lifecycle requirements, and operational risks.\nEnsure local technology operations align with global architecture, security, and governance standards.\nPartner with global technical teams to support infrastructure, endpoint, connectivity, and workplace technology needs.\nChampion Security & Global IT Standards\nSupport consistent implementation of global IT policies, standards, and controls.\nPartner with Information Security on compliance, vulnerability remediation, and security-related activities.\nCoordinate business continuity and technology recovery readiness for critical site services.\nMaintain appropriate documentation and operational accountability.\nLead, Coach & Develop Your Team\nLead, coach, and develop assigned IT systems and support personnel.\nEstablish clear expectations, provide performance feedback, and encourage professional growth.\nBuild cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, documentation, and cross-training.\nCreate an environment that encourages accountability, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nManage Business & Vendor Partnerships\nCoordinate local vendors and service providers.\nSupport technology budgets, purchasing, and forecasting within delegated authority.\nPartner with site and business leaders to align IT priorities with operational needs.\nMonitor service performance, risks, capacity, and improvement initiatives.\n What You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, endpoint support, or service management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience leading teams or cross-functional workstreams supporting multi-site manufacturing or other distributed, business-critical environments.\nWorking knowledge of endpoint computing, network fundamentals, enterprise systems, Microsoft/cloud services, cybersecurity controls, and IT service management.\nDemonstrated experience with incident, problem, and change management.\nAbility to coordinate technical specialists, vendors, and service providers.\nStrong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nExperience using operational data and metrics to identify opportunities and support informed business decisions.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.\nPreferred: ITIL or equivalent practical service-management training.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nYou're a collaborative, adaptable leader who understands that effective IT operations require more than technical knowledge. Personal protective equipment may be required.\n The minimum and maximum salary range for this full-time position is $100k - $125k + benefits.\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
