We have performed engagements in the US and other countries.\nJob Summary:\nThe Technical Specialist - EcoSys is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the Hexagon EcoSys software platform. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop custom solutions, and ensure the platform operates efficiently. The specialist will also provide training, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSetup and configure the Hexagon EcoSys platform for clients.\nCustomize Ecosys modules to meet client specifications and business requirements.\nIntegrate EcoSys with other enterprise systems and data sources.\nDevelop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using EcoSys tools.\nWrite and optimize scripts and queries to enhance the functionality of the EcoSys platform.\nConduct testing (system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, etc.) and data migration prior to launch.\nProvide technical support to end-users and administrators.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EcoSys platform.\nCreate and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials.\nConduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of the EcoSys platform.\nManage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for EcoSys implementations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.\nPlan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.\nEnsure the EcoSys platform is up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.\nStay current with the latest features and updates of the Ecosys platform and related technologies.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science information technology, or a related field.\n4 years of experience with the Ecosys software.\nStrong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.\nProficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL, JavaScript) and data integration tools.\nExperience with report writing and dashboard creation.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nLocation: Remote\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary\nComprehensive benefits package\nProfessional development opportunities\nCollaborative and supportive work environment\nHow to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.\nPyrovio is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding nondiscrimination.
