This role combines deep technical and functional expertise to implement, configure, and integrate Oracle Unifier, supporting project controls and process improvements in a client-facing environment.\nTHIS ROLE REQUIRES DEEP, HANDS-ON UNIFIER EXPERIENCE.\nKey Responsibilities\nOracle Unifier Implementation & Configuration\nDevelop, configure, install, and maintain Oracle Unifier applications and environments to meet client-specific business processes and industry best practices.\nCustomize Unifier modules, dashboards, KPIs, security roles, and workflows.\nManage upgrades, patches, and system optimization.\nProject Controls & Process Management\nImplement and support project cost management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control using Oracle Unifier.\nConfigure and support scheduling, document management, and portfolio governance.\nAudit configurations and maintain compliance with governance standards.\nClient Engagement & Advisory\nCollaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project needs and translate them into system functionalities.\nMap client workflows to Unifier capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.\nProvide client-facing advisory services, combining functional and technical expertise for end-to-end delivery.\nIntegration & Technical Solutions\nIntegrate Oracle Unifier with related systems (e.g., Oracle P6, ERP, EcoSys, Sage).\nDesign and implement technical solutions, including custom reports, dashboards, and integrations.\nSupport data migration and system integrations.\nTraining, Documentation & Support\nDevelop training materials, conduct workshops, and support user adoption.\nDeliver ongoing support and training to users on Oracle Unifier and project management best practices.\nPrepare business, functional, and system requirement documents.\nProvide technical documentation and support end-to-end business process testing.\nContinuous Improvement & Reporting\nStay updated with the latest Oracle Unifier features and enhancements to improve system utilization.\nAnalyze data and generate reports to assist in decision-making and project performance evaluation.\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nREQUIRED: Proven experience as an Oracle Unifier Developer and Configuration Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.\nTechnical & Functional Expertise\nDeep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Unifier, including configuration tools and scripting.\nExperience with Oracle architecture, SQL, WebLogic, and technical configuration.\nIntegration experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, API development, and middleware.\nProject Controls & Industry Knowledge\nIn-depth knowledge of project cost management and scheduling methodologies.\nFamiliarity with utility industry practices and standards (preferred).\nProcess & Change Management\nExperience in process modeling, change management, and risk management.\nUnderstanding of audit processes and Oracle security.\nCommunication & Collaboration\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nLeadership experience and client engagement skills.\nCertifications (Preferred)\nPrimavera Unifier Cloud Service Certified Implementation Specialist\nPrimavera Unifier Administration Professional\nPrimavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Certified Professional\nProject Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PgMP certification\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary\nComprehensive benefits package\nProfessional development opportunities\nCollaborative and supportive work environment\nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER\nMUST RESIDE IN THE U.S.\n\nPyrovio is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding nondiscrimination.
