You’ll lead sourcing strategies across strategically important raw material categories, balancing cost, quality, supply security and innovation to create long-term value for the business. Working across supply chain, R&D, planning, marketing and global procurement teams, you’ll influence decisions that support growth, profitability and speed-to-market. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping us navigate complex supply markets while unlocking opportunities for innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING\nOwning sourcing strategies for key raw material categories, building supplier partnerships that deliver value, resilience and long-term growth.\n\nLeading commercial negotiations, tenders and sourcing projects that strengthen competitiveness and support sustainable margin improvement.\n\nPartnering with teams across Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, R&D and Quality to help bring new products to market on time and on budget.\n\nIdentifying and delivering cost-saving, value engineering and continuous improvement opportunities that make a measurable difference to business performance.\n\nDeveloping a strong and diverse supplier network that supports innovation, supply continuity and future business growth.\n\nKeeping ahead of commodity markets, regulatory developments and global supply risks, turning insight into practical actions that protect the business.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING\nSignificant procurement or strategic sourcing experience within FMCG, manufacturing, chemicals, ingredients or raw material categories.\n\nA proven track record of leading sourcing projects and delivering measurable commercial results through effective supplier management and negotiation.\n\nStrong category management and strategic sourcing expertise, with the ability to make data-led commercial decisions.\n\nExperience working with commodity-driven or globally sourced categories, alongside a good understanding of market trends and supply risk.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to build relationships and challenge constructively.\n\nDegree-level education or equivalent experience.
