Process reports; correspondence\n2. Receive and process incoming test samples from clients according to departmental SOP’s\n3. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in general clerical skills and computer equipment/programs (i.e., typing, filing, copy equipment, word processing equipment, telephone)\n4. Maintain confidentiality as required by work assignments\n5. Recognize and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure; recognize errors in correspondence and final reports\n6. Communicate effectively by telephone and by email\n7. Determine the priority of tasks assigned by the Supervisor(s) or designated individual(s)\n8. Assist in Lab(s) as needed\n9. Other duties as assigned\nExperience/Educaton:\nAny combination of education, training, and experience that has led to the acquisition of the knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated above.
