This role ensures high-quality customer service, efficient daily operations, financial performance, and seamless integration of hospitality and sports offerings. The General Manager will lead teams across different departments, maintain service excellence, and ensure that the establishment runs profitably while delivering a premium experience to guests.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. General Operations Management\nOversee daily operations of the fine dining restaurant, beer garden, and padel sports facilities.\nEnsure all departments function smoothly, maintaining high service standards.\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishments.\nImplement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas.\nEnsure full compliance with operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards.\n2. Financial Performance & Budgeting\nDraw up and manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost control strategies.\nOversee cash flow, sales reports, and financial forecasts to maximize profitability.\nIdentify and implement strategies to enhance revenue, such as promotions and events.\nPrepare a monthly financial report for the Directors.\nDemonstrate a strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies.\n3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence\nMaintain a premium guest experience by ensuring high service quality.\nHandle VIP guest relations and resolve customer complaints effectively.\nWork closely with chefs, bartenders, and service teams to enhance the food and beverage experience.\n4. Team Leadership & Human Resources\nRecruit, train, and manage staff across different departments.\nConduct regular staff meetings and ensure clear communication of goals and expectations.\nMotivate and mentor employees, ensuring a strong teamculture and performance.\nBe accountable for the responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.\nProvide effective leadership to team members.\nLead in all aspects of business planning.\nHold regular briefings and meetings with all heads of departments.\n5. Marketing & Events Coordination\nPosition the restaurant to increase daily guest visits and visibility.\nIdentify and approach corporates for event bookings, team lunches, and special packages.\nUnderstand and follow corporate and community events calendars to position the restaurant as a go-to venue.\nPlan and organize events, promotions, and themed experiences to attract customers.\nMarket and sell organic breads, sauces, and wines to individuals, corporates, and retail outlets.\nPlan and execute special events, tournaments, and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.\nMaintain a strong brand presence on social media platforms.\nAttract high-end sponsorships for all activities in the restaurant.\nActively sell restaurant services, offers, and packages to achieve monthly revenue targets.\nCreate and implement sales action plans for peak and low seasons.\nConduct post-event follow-ups to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.\n6. Padel Sport Integration\nEnsure the smooth operation of padel courts.\nCoordinate with coaches to enhance the padel experience.\nOrganize padel tournaments, leagues, and private coaching sessions.\nManage the play-tomicplatform for maximum revenue.\nCoordinate the merchandise shop for optimum revenue.\n7.
