The Operations Manager will also ensure compliance with safety procedures, effective incident response, operational efficiency, and the delivery of high standardsof service across all assigned posts and contracts.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective security service delivery.\nProvide strong leadership to Operations Supervisors and security personnel, including recruitment, training, performance management, and mentorship.\nOversee the deployment and coordination of security guards across all assigned posts and client sites.\nReview and approve duty rosters to ensure full coverage of shifts and optimalresource utilization.\nMonitor, review, and consolidatedaily, weekly, and monthly operational and incident reports for management and clients.\nEnsure timelyand accuratedocumentation of all incidents and escalate critical matters appropriately.\nConduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with post orders, SOPs, and safety procedures.\nServe as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service issues, ensuring prompt resolution.\nAddress operational challenges as they arise, make sound decisions under pressure, and escalate complex problems when necessary.\nManage operational budgets, resources, and equipment, and identifyopportunities for continuous improvement.\nBuild and maintainstrong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:\nDiploma/Degree in Criminology, Security Management, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.\nAt least 5-7 years of experience in security operations, with 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.\nProven leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.\nStrong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.\nExcellent observational and analytical skills.\nClear communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.\nAged 35 years and above.\nProficiencyin MS Office and operational reporting tools.\nInterested and qualified applicants should submittheir applications through the link below.\nNote:Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.\nQ-SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
