Working cross-functionally with our development teams, you will help ensure that our\ncloud services remain reliable, secure, and efficient, while continuously improving the tools and processes responsibilities\nManage and improve Cellect’s AWS environments, including infrastructure, access, monitoring, backups,\nand reliability.\nImprove the shared CI/CD framework and deployment practices, while supporting development teams\nwith their service-specific pipelines.\nStrengthen monitoring, observability, and alerting practices to improve visibility into system health and\nenable faster identification and resolution of production issues\nSupport the investigation and resolution of production incidents, contribute to root-cause analysis, and\nimplement improvements to prevent recurring issues.\nAutomate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks.\nDevelop and maintain internal tools for Delivery and Operations, including monitoring, administration,\nrecovery, and date.\nRequirements\n4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability\nEngineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role.\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.\nHands-on experience operating AWS-based production environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices\nExperience designing, maintaining, or improving CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment\nprocesses.\nExperience with monitoring, observability, and alerting in production environments.\nScripting and automation skills using Python, Bash/Shell, or similar languages.\nGood understanding of cloud architecture fundamentals, APIs, databases, networking, IAM, and cloud\nsecurity principles.\nExperience troubleshooting production systems and incidents, identifying root causes, and\nimplementing sustainable solutions.\nExperience building scripts, automation, or lightweight internal tooling to simplify infrastructure or\noperational workflows.\nAbility to work effectively across Development, Delivery, and Operations teams, communicating\ntechnical topics clearly and collaboratively.\nProfessional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, CloudWatch, IAM, or\nsimilar services within the AWS ecosystem.\nExperience with observability platforms such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or\nequivalent tools.\nExperience designing or developing internal platforms, administration tools, operational tooling, or\nself-service capabilities for Engineering, Delivery, or Operations teams.\nExperience with databases such as PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or similar technologies.\nExperience with event-driven architectures and messaging or streaming technologies such as Apache\nKafka, or equivalent platforms.\nExperience working
