Por ello existe un ecosistema propio de automatización de tests sobre firmware y hardware, que ahora buscamos que tú mantengas, escales y fortalezcas.\nTu misión\nAutomatización de tests: mantener y ampliar el framework (Python + Robot Framework), diseñando nuevos casos de prueba para funcionalidades de firmware.\n\nPruebas sobre dispositivos reales: regresión, estrés e integración, ejecutadas directamente sobre hardware físico (la app móvil se emula para comunicarse con el framework).\n\nFixtures de test: evolución y mantenimiento de los fixtures usados en producción/fabricación (test eléctrico y test funcional de fin de línea).\n\nColaboración transversal: trabajo conjunto con Firmware, Hardware y DevOps, integrando los tests en el pipeline CI/CD.\n\nDocumentación técnica en Jira/Confluence (inglés técnico de lectura/escritura).\n\nStack clave\nPython · Robot Framework\n\nProtocolos BLE, UART, SPI, I2C, I2S\n\nElectrónica y equipos de medida\n\nGit · Docker\n\nC/C++\n\nJira · Confluence\n\nNociones de CI/CD\n\nRequisitos\n3-5 años de experiencia en QA/testing\n\nExperiencia real integrando firmware + hardware (el pilar más importante del
