At Q-tech, we're hiring a Senior Data Engineer - Snowflake to join a data infrastructure team that lays the secure, scalable and trustworthy foundation for storing, processing and distributing critical data at a leading international financial services firm.\nIn this role, you'll design pipelines and platform components that support decision-making, reporting and analytics, working closely with data governance teams and business stakeholders.\nKey responsibilities:\nArchitect and deploy ELT pipelines using dbt on Snowflake, following established data modeling standards.\n\nBuild and maintain data products for fund accounting, positions, NAV and regulatory reporting.\n\nDefine data contracts, quality expectations and monitoring alerts.\n\nDevelop infrastructure components using Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.\n\nPartner with architecture, security and compliance teams to strengthen platform security and reliability.\n\nTranslate product vision into platform capabilities alongside product owners.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n8+ years of experience in data engineering.\n\nAdvanced Snowflake expertise (architecture, performance tuning, Snowpark, Streamlit).\n\nStrong dbt proficiency (models, macros, testing and deployment).\n\nAdvanced Python skills for pipeline development.\n\nEnterprise data modeling experience (dimensional modeling, SCD, Data Vault).\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).\n\nExperience with Airflow, StreamSets and data governance tools.\n\nFinancial services domain knowledge is a plus.\n\nFluent
