Following a successful expansion from a single-product business into a broader supply chain risk and compliance ecosystem, they are now investing in the development of new product lines and strategic growth initiatives.\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager who excels in ambiguity, customer discovery, and zero-to-one product development, and who brings strong domain expertise within Life Sciences quality and compliance environments.\nThis is a highly strategic role with direct exposure to executive leadership and a unique opportunity to shape the future product portfolio of a scaling international technology company.\nThe Role\nAs Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, validating, and launching new product opportunities within the Life Sciences domain.\nYou will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Executive teams to explore new problem spaces, build evidence-based product strategies, and bring innovative solutions from concept to initial market adoption.\nThis position is ideal for a product leader who enjoys tackling complex challenges, engaging directly with customers, and making high-impact decisions based on data and market insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine New Product Opportunities\nOwn and explore emerging areas within the Life Sciences value chain.\n\nIdentify high-value customer problems and translate them into product opportunities.\n\nBuild strategic hypotheses and product visions while remaining adaptable as new evidence emerges.\n\nMake informed decisions about where to invest and where not to invest.\n\nLead Continuous Product Discovery\nConduct regular discovery activities with senior stakeholders and customers.\n\nValidate customer needs, value propositions, and business opportunities.\n\nDesign and test hypotheses through interviews, prototypes, pilots, and experiments.\n\nMake evidence-based product decisions with a strong focus on learning velocity.\n\nDrive Zero-to-One Product Development\nCollaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to transform validated concepts into products.\n\nDeliver iterative releases focused on learning and early adoption.\n\nOptimize for customer value creation and product-market fit.\n\nSupport Commercial Validation and Go-to-Market Activities\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to validate positioning and target segments.\n\nAssess willingness-to-pay and market demand early in the product lifecycle.\n\nUse customer feedback and adoption signals to shape future investments.\n\nPromote Data-Driven Decision Making\nEstablish clear success criteria and validation metrics.\n\nTrack qualitative and quantitative signals to evaluate product traction.\n\nMaintain strong alignment between customer insights and product strategy.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Experience\nExtensive hands-on experience within Life Sciences quality environments, including GMP and/or GCP processes.\n\nProven track record taking products from concept to initial market traction in a B2B environment.\n\nAround 10 years of Product Management experience, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.\n\nStrong experience working directly with senior stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams.\n\nExperience building products in complex enterprise environments.\n\nSolid understanding of data products, integrations, and platform ecosystems.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in Quality Management, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, or Supply Chain within Life Sciences.\n\nPrevious exposure to highly regulated industries.\n\nExperience bringing new products to market internationally.\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary package\n\nFlexible compensation plan including meal, transport and childcare vouchers.\n\n25 vacation days, increasing to 27 days after 2 years and 30 days after 4 years.\n\nFlexible working hours throughout the year.\n\nHybrid working model.\n\nWork from abroad for up to 3 months per year.\n\nPrivate health insurance.\n\nWellhub membership.\n\nAnnual learning and development budget.\n\nIndividual coaching and mentoring to support your professional growth and career progression.\n\nCulture & Environment\nInternational, collaborative and high-performing environment.\n\nOpportunity to work closely with executive leadership and influence strategic product decisions.\n\nAnnual company-wide gathering and celebration in Europe.\n\nCompensation\n€75,000 - €85,000 base salary (with an annual compensation review).\n\nWhy This Opportunity?\nThis role offers the chance to shape entirely new products within a company that already has strong market validation and a recognized position in the Life Sciences ecosystem.
