You will also contribute to Azure-based initiatives as business needs evolve and should be comfortable working in a multi-cloud environment. Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.\nYou will collaborate closely with Product Engineering, DevOps, Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to build reliable platform services, improve developer productivity, and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Lead & Engineering\nServe as the technical lead for cloud platform engineering initiatives.\n\nDrive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cloud platform services.\n\nDefine engineering standards, platform best practices, and technical roadmaps.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across Platform Engineering teams.\n\nLead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning.\n\nDrive cloud modernization and automation.\n\nCloud Platform Engineering\nDesign, build, andoperatesecure, scalable, andhighly availableAWS infrastructure.\n\nSupport Azure platform engineering initiatives and contribute to multi-cloud solutions as business needs evolve.\n\nExposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is desirable but notrequired.\n\nDesign and manage AWS networking services including VPC, Route 53, Transit Gateway, Security Groups, Network ACLs, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways, VPNs, Direct Connect, and Application/Network Load Balancers (ALB/NLB).\n\nBuild andoperateKubernetes platforms (Amazon EKS preferred; AKS experience is beneficial).\n\nManage container platforms including Docker, Amazon ECR (or equivalent container registries), container image lifecycle management, and artifact repositories.\n\nDesign secure multi-account cloud environments with IAM, governance, networking, and security best practices.\n\nBuild reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.\n\nDevelop self-service platform capabilities that improve developer productivity and reduce operational overhead.\n\nOptimizecloud performance, scalability, availability, and cost using FinOps best practices.\n\nImplement backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.\n\nAutomation & Platform Engineering\nDevelop platform automation using Python, Bash, or Go.\n\nCollaborate with DevOps and application engineering teams to integrate Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Kubernetes, and platform services into CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.\n\nPromoteGitOpspractices and standardized deployment methodologies.\n\nContinuously improve platform automation and self-service capabilities.\n\nObservability & Operations\nDesign and implement end-to-end observability solutions using OpenTelemetry(OTel), Amazon CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar platforms.\n\nBuild monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting capabilities to improve platform visibility and reliability.\n\nParticipate in an on-call rotation supporting business-critical production systems.\n\nSecurity & Governance\nImplement AWS security best practices, IAM governance, encryption, and least-privilege access.\n\nPartner with Security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain compliance.\n\nSupport audit readiness, governance, and platform security initiatives.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Infrastructure Engineering.\n\n5+ years of experience with public cloud platforms, withstrongexpertisein AWS.
