This role serves as a technical subject matter expert responsible for platform administration, advanced configuration, integrations, workflows, reporting, and related Marketplace applications and ancillary connections.\nOur Atlassian Cloud Administrators partner with business and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions while optimizing platform performance, usability, and standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, a problem-solving mindset, a commitment to continuous improvement, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nConfigure, maintain, and optimize SaaS and enterprise-wide applications across business units.\nAnalyze user needs and translate functional requirements into application solutions.\nThe Applications Programming focus specializes in designing, programming, debugging and modifying software enhancements and / or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs in commercial or end-user applications, such as mobile apps, materials management, financial management, or desktop applications products.\nDesign and update application tables, forms, workflows, and data rules.\nValidate and maintain data integrity across system databases and reporting environments.\nDevelop, test, and distribute custom and standard reports using tools such as SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.\nManage user roles, permissions, and access controls in line with security policies.\nProvide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for application issues.\nTrain end users and create documentation for system processes, usage, and updates.\nCollaborate with IT, data, and business teams to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.\nRecommend improvements to applications, processes, and configuration standards based on analysis and feedback.\nEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with no experience.\nSolid understanding of SaaS and enterprise application concepts (e.g., configuration, integrations, workflows, and user management).\nHands-on experience supporting or configuring SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar systems).\nA Platform thinker.\nAny Atlassian scripting experience (Forge, Groovy).\nProficiency in building queries and reports; experience with reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is strongly preferred.\nWorking knowledge of database structures, data validation, and application security.\nAbility to analyze business processes and recommend application or workflow enhancements.\nStrong problem-solving skills and experience with incident resolution and change control procedures.\nEffective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.\nDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.\nThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.\nHealth & Wellness\nHybrid Work Opportunities\n\nFlexible Time Off\n\nCareer Development & Mentoring Programs\n\nHealth & Wellness Benefits, including competitive health insurance offerings and generous paid parental leave for eligible new parents\n\nCommunity Volunteering & Company Philanthropy Programs\n\nEmployee Peer Recognition Programs - “You Earned it”\n\nClick here to find out more about the benefits we offer.\nOur Culture & Commitment:\nWe’re proud to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where career growth, collaboration, and wellness are prioritized.
