Reporting to an Implementations Delivery Manager and working closely with Implementation Engineers, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for implementing Q2’s ebanking solutions in order to align with the business requirements of our customers.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPartner with clients to understand business requirements and expectations\nDesign and execute project plans and documentation to deploy Q2 solutions\nDirect project resources to complete tasks in a timely manner\nWork closely with the client and team to problem solve issues that arise\nTrack status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process\nTrain and educate clients on the product and configuration options\nEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.\nProject Management Methodology exposure preferred (PMP or PMI)\nExposure to SQL is preferable\nFamiliarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologies\nExperience building documentation and project plans using Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint\nExperience managing client expectations with a Client first attitude and commitment to satisfaction\nAbility to organize and execute multi-facet software deployments\nCapable of assessing project risks and mitigations\nAbility to convey technical concepts to business oriented banking project teams and interact with technical internal resources \nPossess project leadership qualities\nStrong written and oral communication skills with excellent people and teamwork skills\nAbility to remain calm, diplomatic, and cooperative under stressful conditions\nAttention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast paced environment\nAbility to travel 15% to client sites\nFinancial Services and enterprise software experience preferred\nThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.\nHealth & Wellness\nHybrid Work Opportunities\n\nFlexible Time Off\n\nCareer Development & Mentoring Programs\n\nHealth & Wellness Benefits, including competitive health insurance offerings and generous paid parental leave for eligible new parents\n\nCommunity Volunteering & Company Philanthropy Programs\n\nEmployee Peer Recognition Programs - “You Earned it”\n\nClick here to find out more about the benefits we offer.\nOur Culture & Commitment:\nWe’re proud to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where career growth, collaboration, and wellness are prioritized.
