This role supports enterprise environments and contributes to planning, performance optimization, and secure configuration of systems while mentoring junior team members and contributing to strategic initiatives.\nRESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement network solutions within a complex infrastructure\nAdminister network services and ensure optimal performance\nAnalyze, debug, and resolve network traffic and connectivity issues\nEvaluate and integrate new technologies into the environment\nDocument technical processes and infrastructure changes\nProvide support during network-related incidents and upgrades\nEnsure security compliance and maintain documentation standards\nParticipate in 24x7 on-call rotation\nEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience\nAdvanced knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies\nExperience with Cisco ASA Firewalls, load balancers (F5, A10), and cloud networks\nExpert understanding of core networking technologies including: BGP, EIGRP, Cisco routing and switching infrastructure (IOS/ IOSXE / NXOS / ACI)\nStrong diagnostic and log analysis skills\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment\nEffective communicator with cross-functional teams\nDocumentation and procedural development experience\n• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent highly preferred\nThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.\nHealth & Wellness\nHybrid Work Opportunities\n\nFlexible Time Off\n\nCareer Development & Mentoring Programs\n\nHealth & Wellness Benefits, including competitive health insurance offerings and generous paid parental leave for eligible new parents\n\nCommunity Volunteering & Company Philanthropy Programs\n\nEmployee Peer Recognition Programs - “You Earned it”\n\nClick here to find out more about the benefits we offer.\nOur Culture & Commitment:\nWe’re proud to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where career growth, collaboration, and wellness are prioritized.
