This role monitors manufacturing processes, supports equipment reliability, and maintains compliance with company quality and safety standards.\nBasic Employee Responsibilities\nEvery Q2 Artificial pride for facilities and equipment.\nBeing responsible – on time for work and taking breaks during designated times.\nCarrying out other tasks from time to time as assigned by a supervisor or request for assistance as needed.\nPosition Specific Responsibilities\nPerform setup, startup, troubleshooting, and process adjustments on injection molding presses, auxiliary equipment, and secondary production equipment while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality requirements. \nMonitor machine performance and process parameters to maintain product quality and optimize production efficiency. \nPerform routine machine maintenance, equipment inspections, and minor repairs on molding presses and related production equipment. \nDiagnose equipment and process issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. \nEnsure products meet customer specifications and quality standards through regular inspections and monitoring activities. \nAccurately complete and maintain production and quality documentation, including downtime, scrap, repairs, deviations, and production records. \nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment in accordance with company standards. \nSupport production requirements by assisting team members and performing additional duties as assigned. \nFollow all company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures. \nReport and document any nonconforming product in accordance with NCR policies and procedures.\nRequired Minimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nExperience in a pump shop, machine shop, or mechanical assembly environment preferred.\nFamiliarity with pump components, downhole equipment, or precision mechanical parts is an asset.\nPrevious injection molding setup and operation experience is highly preferred.\nExperience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in a production environment is considered an asset.\nKnowledge of sucker rod manufacturing processes is an asset.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.\nPhysical Demands\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday. \nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 65 lbs. \nAbility to work 8- 10 hour shifts.\nExposure to elevated temperatures, moderate noise levels, and production equipment. \nAbility to safely operate equipment and use required tools. \nMust be able to wear and maintain all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
