Delivering innovative products to support alt finance, banks, digital / challenger banks and credit union customers. Focuses on solving problems using research, market data, design, and customer feedback while fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Champions outcome-driven roadmaps, measurable product OKRs, and disciplined discovery practices that translate insights into scalable features with clear business impact. Owns up revenue dependencies by building products that ensure revenue realisation for the organisation. Ensure timely go lives of clients by building products which are stable and outcome driven by maximising more OOB. Has a strong working experience in implementing products to the global customer base.
