You will work with multiple teams to deliver high-value, self-service offerings for roles across financial institution's back office. You will influence product strategy with internal and external teams, ensuring product, GTM and financial goals are achieved.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn the product roadmap and lifecycle for Agentic Banking Solutions.\nDefine and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.\nDevelop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements.\nMonitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.\nCollaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to successfully deliver product initiatives.\nRepresent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on back-office banking workflows and the Agentic Solutions that solve for them.\nCommunicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders.\nEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE\nTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
