Our platform combines real-time pricing intelligence, market benchmarking, and AI-assisted guidance to help bankers structure deals that are good for their customers and good for their institution.\nOur product suite includes analytics, a virtual coach, and a skills suite - purpose-built to give bankers the insights they need to price relationships confidently and profitably.\nSUMMARY\nThis Senior Product Manager will own thestrategy and delivery of PrecisionLender’s Data Platforms, including the ingestion, processing, and storage capabilities that power Data Studio, Data Explorer, Data Library, BI platforms, and Andi/Q2 Assistant. The role will lead the migration from ADLS to Snowflake, reduce technical debt, establish scalable and reliable data foundations, and enable new capabilities. Working closely with Engineering, Insights & Analytics, and the Q2 Assistant team, this PM will ensure data is clean, normalized, and trustworthy-creating the foundation required to scale client-facing analytics and AI capabilities while managing the transition of legacy reporting.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Q2 data platform solutions, from ingestion and processing through downstream consumption.\nDevelop business cases, investment recommendations, and product strategies aligned with customer and business needs.\nPartner with Engineering to prioritize initiatives, lead platform modernization, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.\nEstablish requirements for data quality and reliability supporting analytics, reporting, and AI capabilities.\nCollaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to drive successful outcomes.\nCommunicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to customers, executives, and key stakeholders.\nEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE\nTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. \nDemonstrated software product management experience, including strategy and delivery ownership for data, platform, or infrastructure products.\nExperience with data pipelines, ingestion, ETL/transformation, storage, and data quality/governance.\nExperience with platform modernization or cloud data warehouse migrations; Snowflake preferred.\nTechnical fluency to effectively partner with Engineering on data architecture, reliability, and scalability.\nExperience ensuring analytics, reporting, or AI products are built on reliable data foundations.\nFinancial services, commercial banking, or regulated B2B SaaS experience preferred.\nStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExperience with user analytics and AI tools in product workflows is a plus.\nThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.\nHealth & Wellness\nHybrid Work Opportunities\n\nFlexible Time Off\n\nCareer Development & Mentoring Programs\n\nHealth & Wellness Benefits, including competitive health insurance offerings and generous paid parental leave for eligible new parents\n\nCommunity Volunteering & Company Philanthropy Programs\n\nEmployee Peer Recognition Programs - “You Earned it”\n\nClick here to find out more about the benefits we offer.\nOur Culture & Commitment:\nWe’re proud to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where career growth, collaboration, and wellness are prioritized.
