As an Application & Operations Analyst at Q8Truck, you'll keep our card platforms running seamlessly. You'll monitor critical processes, solve technical challenges, and make sure transactions, billing, and card management are processed accurately, securely, and on time.\nYou'll work where IT, operations, and business come together. Your expertise keeps our systems available, delivers the service our customers expect, and helps build the future of smart mobility.\nYour biggest challenge\nYou'll ensure our card platforms remain stable, efficient, and ready for the future.\nManage the Cards platform and oversee integrations with internal systems, applications, and external partners.\n\nMonitor daily operations, analyze incidents, and deliver fast, sustainable solutions.\n\nSupport users and customers by resolving technical issues and ensuring platform availability.\n\nWork closely with suppliers and IT partners, prioritize activities, and coordinate changes, incidents, and continuous improvements.\n\nManage user access, support software releases, and keep operational processes under control through dashboards and ticketing systems.\n\nEnsure transactions, card production, and billing are processed accurately, on time, and with full financial integrity.\n\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities while working closely with Finance to maintain financial accuracy.\n\nDevelop reports and analyses that provide valuable insights for commercial and financial decision-making.\n\nEnsure compliance with audit requirements, security standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures.\n\nKeep procedures, manuals, and documentation up to date, and share your expertise with colleagues and project teams.\n\nSupport testing, project implementations, and the handover of new solutions to operations.\n\nActively identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve our services.\n\nYour impact? You'll make sure customers, partners, and colleagues can rely on stable systems and accurate processing of every transaction.
