At the same time, you'll play a key role in system enhancements, new releases, and strategic projects that strengthen our card services.\nTogether, you'll help build stable platforms, smarter processes, and innovative mobility solutions that keep our customers moving.\nYour biggest challenge\nYou'll keep our card platforms running reliably while continuously improving the systems and processes behind them.\nMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly processes across the cards landscape, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, billing, reporting, and reconciliations.\n\nAnalyze incidents, operational issues, and exceptions, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions that prevent future problems.\n\nManage data exchanges between the cards platform and internal systems, customers, suppliers, networks, and external partners.\n\nSupport users by handling incidents and change requests, ensuring fast and effective resolution of support cases.\n\nDevelop financial and commercial reports that help management, sales teams, and customers make informed decisions.\n\nLead new card system releases, from impact analysis and configuration to testing, quality assurance, and knowledge transfer.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising quality or reliability.\n\nContribute to strategic projects involving new card solutions, innovative technologies, and the continued growth of our services.\n\nManage security processes across the cards landscape and safeguard the integrity of systems and data.\n\nBuild strong relationships with suppliers, monitor performance and budgets, and take action to achieve the best results.\n\nMaintain clear process documentation, share knowledge within the team, and support colleagues as new systems and ways of working are introduced.\n\nEnsure all activities comply with audit requirements, security standards, compliance regulations, and internal procedures.\n\nYour impact?
