Strong stakeholder management will be key, as you’ll work across technical and business teams as well as with senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers.\nYou’ll also be confident facilitating agile ceremonies and stakeholder workshops, managing project controls and communicating risks, progress and options clearly.\nYour Experience\nWe’re looking for experience in:\nDelivering technology-enabled change using agile approaches.\nCreating and managing delivery plans and sprint/release schedules.\nCoordinating dependencies across multiple teams.\nFacilitating agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.\nManaging RAID, delivery governance and senior stakeholder communications.\nWorking with third-party suppliers and multidisciplinary internal teams.\nManaging project budgets, forecasts, supplier deliverables and commercial constraints.\nPlanning releases, cutover and operational handover, including readiness, training and support.\nDelivering at pace within pressurised environments while keeping projects on track.\nStakeholder management and user workshop facilitation.\nYour Knowledge & Skills\nYou’ll bring:\nA good understanding of agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and/or Kanban.\nStrong project planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.\nStrong agile project management and software lifecycle knowledge.\nKnowledge of project controls, including budgeting, supplier management, risk management and reporting.\nAwareness of the software delivery lifecycle, environments, testing, release management and operational handover.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior stakeholders.\nStrong facilitation and documentation skills.\nThe ability to work effectively to deadlines and under pressure.\nThe ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.\nThe ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt plans quickly and drive continuous improvement.\nDesirable\nKnowledge of CRM, order management and finance systems and their implementation.\nA recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or PMI, and/or an agile certification such as Scrum Master.
