CET GBS Bangalore, India\nJob Location: Bengaluru\nAre you an expert in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud looking to take the next step in your career Would you like to play a key role in shaping scalable digital experiences, driving architectural excellence, and transforming content management at Novo Nordisk\nJoin our dynamic team as an Adobe Experience Manager Solution Architect and help shape the future of our digital experience ecosystem while enabling impactful customer engagement.\nThe Position\nAs an Adobe Experience Manager Architect, you will:\nDesign and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across the ExtWeb and Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business requirements, enterprise architecture principles, and the ExtWeb technology roadmap.\nLead technical architecture and solution-design discussions with business stakeholders, System Management, Enterprise Architects, vendors, and development teams for new capabilities, migrations, integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.\nProvide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and relevant Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, defining architectural patterns, standards, and development best practices.\nDefine and govern ExtWeb software development standards, including solution design, coding practices, testing, CI/CD, release management, observability, performance, and operational readiness.\nEnsure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, compliance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and performance, proactively identifying technical risks and driving remediation.\nOwn and guide the technical integration of ExtWeb with Adobe Experience Cloud, enterprise platforms, APIs, identity solutions, analytics, consent management, and other internal/external systems.\nPartner closely with System Management, Product Owners, development teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure architectural standards are consistently applied.\nDrive technical assessments, architecture reviews, impact assessments, and technology recommendations for enhancements, migrations, upgrades, and platform changes.\nProactively identify technical debt, duplicate or obsolete solutions, platform risks, and optimization opportunities, and establish roadmaps for remediation and continuous improvement.\nSupport the stability and operational excellence of ExtWeb, including root-cause analysis of complex technical issues and implementation of preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.\nProvide technical oversight of Adobe/vendor partners and development teams, challenging proposed solutions where necessary and ensuring quality, value realization, and adherence to ExtWeb standards.\nMaintain current knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, product roadmaps, security developments, architectural patterns, and industry trends, and assess their relevance and potential value for ExtWeb.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage.\n15+ years of overall technology experience, including significant experience in enterprise web platforms and at least 4 years in AEM solution architecture or technical leadership roles.\nProven experience as an AEM Architect, Adobe Experience Cloud Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role, with strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and enterprise web solutions.\nDeep understanding of AEM architecture, including Sites, Assets, components, templates, workflows, content models, caching, publishing, and deployment patterns.\nExperience with AEM as a Cloud Service and modern Adobe Experience Cloud architecture and integration patterns.\nGood understanding of the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including integration with platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Journey Optimizer, and Real-Time CDP.\nStrong understanding of web technologies, APIs, web services, authentication/authorization, and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience with CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, release management, monitoring/observability, and modern software development practices.\nStrong understanding of web security and secure software development principles, including vulnerability management and security-by-design practices.\nExperience defining and governing technical standards, architecture principles, development guidelines, and solution design patterns across multiple development teams and vendors.\nDemonstrated ability to conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, impact analysis, root-cause analysis, and technical risk assessments.\nExperience working with Agile/DevOps delivery models and collaborating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, Architecture, and business teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to provide technical leadership and influence without direct authority, effectively challenging solutions and driving alignment across internal teams and external partners.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and in a global, cross-functional and multi-vendor environment.\nAdobe certification in AEM or relevant Adobe Experience Cloud technologies is
