Overview : \n\nWe are looking for a hands-on DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer with 4+ years of experience to build, secure, and operate the Azure infrastructure behind the platform, including HiApp (the Optometrist-facing operations application), the Customer Portal, the Operations Portal, and the AI chatbot engine.\n\nYou will own CI/CD, infrastructure reliability, and observability so that releases are safe and the platform stays available for clinics.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for React, .NET, and Python services using Azure DevOps and container registries.\n\n- Deploy, operate, and scale workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including Helm-based releases and environment management.\n\n- Manage Azure networking and edge services such as Application Gateway (WAF_v2), Private Endpoints, and Traffic Manager.\n\n- Operate and tune data services including PostgreSQL and Redis, covering backups, performance, and connectivity.\n\n- Enable, manage and configure LLMs/Generative AI services, telemetry and Ops.\n\n- Maintain Azure Function Apps and the data ingestion pipelines that feed the vector database.\n\n- Manage secrets and configuration using Key Vault and enforce secure access practices.\n\n- Define and maintain monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using Log Analytics and Application Insights; track SLIs/SLOs.\n\n- Automate infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.\n\n- Support incident response and root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions that reduce repeat incidents.\n\n- Support release validation and production deployments in partnership with engineering and QA teams.\n\n- Use AI-assisted tools to speed up troubleshooting, automation, and documentation.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Azure, including AKS, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints, Key Vault, and Storage.\n\n- Strong experience with CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps, and with Docker and container registries (ACR).\n\n- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis operations.\n\n- Experience with monitoring and observability using Log Analytics, Application Insights, or equivalent tools.\n\n- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, or Bash).\n\n- Solid understanding of networking, security, and access control fundamentals in the cloud.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and incident-response skills.\n\nNice to Have : \n\n- Azure or Kubernetes certifications.\n\n- Experience with Azure Function Apps and data pipelines feeding a vector database.\n\n- Experience supporting healthcare, patient-facing, or other regulated platforms.\n\n- Exposure to GenAI platform operations and LLM observability tools (e.g., Langfuse).\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Strong communication and collaboration skills.\n\n- A team player who adapts quickly and works well in cross-functional teams.\n\n- Proactive in identifying issues, suggesting solutions, and driving them to closure.\n\n- Committed to
