designed in compliance with IT&Q requirements.\n\nTech Stack : \n\n- ServiceNow (IRM, ITSM, ITOM)\n\n- IT&Q Toolkit and templates\n\n- QualityDocs (for SOPs)\n\n- Collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)\n\nMust have skills : \n\n- Must have supported at least 1 - 2 GxP or Business Critical Systems in Novo Nordisk.\n\n- Experience in regulated IT environments Pharma GXP.\n\n- IT&Q Process Expertise.\n\n- Strong understanding of IT&Q procedures, instructions, and SOP structure.\n\n- Ability to interpret regulatory and internal requirements into actionable guidance.\n\n- Risk-Based Thinking.\n\n- Ability to assess IT risks and define proportional controls.\n\n- Hands-on experience with IT risk assessments (e.g., ServiceNow IRM).\n\n- Digital and Data Platform Understanding.\n\n- Cloud-based platforms.\n\n- Data pipelines and analytics.\n\n- AI / Data Science lifecycle (emerging area referenced in IT&Q).\n\n- Information Security and Data Integrity.\n\n- Understanding of security controls in IT solutions.\n\n- Familiarity with data integrity principles (especially in regulated environments).\n\n- Governance and Lifecycle Management.\n\n- Experience in IT system lifecycle governance (V-model or equivalent).\n\n- Ability to ensure compliance across build-run-change phases.\n\n- Stakeholder Management and Influence.\n\n- Strong communication skills to translate compliance into practical guidance.\n\n- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and quality teams.\n\n- Documentation and Audit Mindset.\n\n- Strong attention to detail in documentation.\n\n- Experience supporting audits or inspections.\n\nOptional Skills : \n\n- SW Quality.\n\n- Working in agile teams.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities : \n\n- Ensure adherence to relevant IT&Q procedures and instructions for digital solutions and IT systems.\n\n- Lead and facilitate IT risk assessments using ServiceNow IRM to identify required controls early in solution development.\n\n- Ensure proper compliance governance across system lifecycle (design, build, validation, release, operations).\n\n- Ensure compliance with information security controls embedded in design and operations.\n\n- Ensure required documentation is defined, created, and maintained.\n\n- Act as a trusted advisor to product owners, engineers, and architects.\n\n- Guide teams in using
