Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to provide L3 operational support for our M365 environment and to lead the implementation of Microsoft Purview compliance controls, including Sensitivity Labels and DLP. You will manage escalated incidents, support Copilot adoption, maintain knowledge resources, and deliver platform changes, working closely with security teams, architects, Microsoft Support, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
M365 Administration, L3 Support & Incident Management :
- Provide advanced support for Outlook (including integrated add-ins), SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Clipchamp, and Copilot.
- Manage escalated incidents and service requests and resolve complex issues.
- Handle user queries with clear, timely communication.
Security & Compliance Administration :
- Lead implementation and management of Microsoft Purview Sensitivity Labels.
- Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and compliance initiatives.
- Drive security-related changes and governance activities.
- Manage Entra ID / Active Directory group management and policy implementation.
Microsoft Copilot Enablement :
- Troubleshoot Copilot issues and provide user guidance and communications.
- Help create training materials and knowledge resources for end users and support teams.
Collaboration Platform Management :
- Administer and support Planner and related collaboration services.
- Improve user experience and ensure platform reliability.
Knowledge Management :
- Create, maintain, and review Knowledge-Centred Service (KCS) articles.
- Develop SharePoint knowledge pages, user guides, FAQs, and operational documentation.
Change & Release Management :
- Plan, test, document, and implement M365 platform changes.
- Prepare change documentation, rollout communications, and post-implementation reviews.
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration :
- Work with Security teams, specialists, architects, Microsoft Support, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate issue resolution, product enhancements, and service improvements.
Process Improvement & Automation :
- Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and shift left to improve operational efficiency.
Project Delivery :
- Support initiatives such as Sensitivity Labels, Copilot adoption, Planner enablement, licence management, and governance enhancements.
- Support planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, implementation, and operational handover.
Mandatory Skills :
Technical :
- M365 Administration : Outlook, OneDrive, Copilot, Clipchamp, Planner, Forms.
- Microsoft Purview Sensitivity Label implementation.
- Policy implementation.
- Active Directory / Entra ID group management.
- Incident management and user query handling.
