You will manage escalated incidents, support Copilot adoption, maintain knowledge resources, and deliver platform changes, working closely with security teams, architects, Microsoft Support, and business stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nM365 Administration, L3 Support & Incident Management :\n\n- Provide advanced support for Outlook (including integrated add-ins), SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Clipchamp, and Copilot.\n\n- Manage escalated incidents and service requests and resolve complex issues.\n\n- Handle user queries with clear, timely communication.\n\nSecurity & Compliance Administration :\n\n- Lead implementation and management of Microsoft Purview Sensitivity Labels.\n\n- Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and compliance initiatives.\n\n- Drive security-related changes and governance activities.\n\n- Manage Entra ID / Active Directory group management and policy implementation.\n\nMicrosoft Copilot Enablement :\n\n- Troubleshoot Copilot issues and provide user guidance and communications.\n\n- Help create training materials and knowledge resources for end users and support teams.\n\nCollaboration Platform Management :\n\n- Administer and support Planner and related collaboration services.\n\n- Improve user experience and ensure platform reliability.\n\nKnowledge Management :\n\n- Create, maintain, and review Knowledge-Centred Service (KCS) articles.\n\n- Develop SharePoint knowledge pages, user guides, FAQs, and operational documentation.\n\nChange & Release Management :\n\n- Plan, test, document, and implement M365 platform changes.\n\n- Prepare change documentation, rollout communications, and post-implementation reviews.\n\nStakeholder & Vendor Collaboration :\n\n- Work with Security teams, specialists, architects, Microsoft Support, and business stakeholders.\n\n- Coordinate issue resolution, product enhancements, and service improvements.\n\nProcess Improvement & Automation :\n\n- Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and shift left to improve operational efficiency.\n\nProject Delivery :\n\n- Support initiatives such as Sensitivity Labels, Copilot adoption, Planner enablement, licence management, and governance enhancements.\n\n- Support planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, implementation, and operational handover.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\nTechnical :\n\n- M365 Administration : Outlook, OneDrive, Copilot, Clipchamp, Planner, Forms.\n\n- Microsoft Purview Sensitivity Label implementation.\n\n- Policy implementation.\n\n- Active Directory / Entra ID group management.\n\n- Incident management and user query handling.\n\nSoft skills :\n\n- Excellent English
