The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, MID Server, workflow automation, and platform customization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions that improve IT operations and asset management.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nServiceNow Development :\n\n- Configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules.\n\n- Develop and customize platform components, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.\n\n- Build scalable workflows and automation solutions using ServiceNow best practices.\n\n- Develop reusable components and maintain platform standards.\n\nITOM & Discovery :\n\n- Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server, and Service Mapping.\n\n- Ensure accurate discovery of infrastructure components and dependencies.\n\n- Troubleshoot Discovery and Service Mapping issues to improve operational visibility.\n\n- Support Event Management and Operational Intelligence capabilities where applicable.\n\nITAM & CMDB Management :\n\n- Design and implement asset lifecycle management workflows.\n\n- Enhance CMDB accuracy through data normalization, reconciliation, and governance.\n\n- Maintain configuration items (CIs) and ensure data integrity across the CMDB.\n\n- Support software and hardware asset management processes and automation.\n\nWorkflow Automation & Integrations :\n\n- Design and implement workflow-driven automation using Flow Designer.\n\n- Develop REST and SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tools.\n\n- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity across business systems.\n\n- Support IntegrationHub and MID Server-based integrations.\n\nPlatform Support & Optimization :\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, CMDB, and Asset Management.\n\n- Participate in platform upgrades, release management, deployments, and post-production support.\n\n- Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements to improve scalability and reliability.\n\n- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance.\n\nCollaboration & Agile Delivery :\n\n- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.\n\n- Deliver backlog-driven enhancements and support Agile development practices.\n\n- Work closely with CMDB, IT Operations, ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Integration teams.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation and participate in design reviews and sprint planning.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- 4 -
