Vulnerability Response (VR) Specialist with 8+ Years of experience and Remote \n\nWe are looking for a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Specialist with strong hands-on implementation experience and excellent client communication skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and design appropriate ServiceNow VR solutions.\n- Implement and configure ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, including vulnerability lifecycle, remediation workflows, assignments, SLAs, and reporting.\n- Implement and troubleshoot integrations with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, etc.\n- Work with CMDB, CIs, asset data, and IRE to ensure accurate vulnerability-to-CI mapping.\n- Configure/customize ServiceNow components and troubleshoot implementation issues.\n- Conduct client workshops, demos, solution discussions, and provide technical recommendations.\n- Support testing, deployment, and post-production issues.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow VR/SecOps implementation.\n- Good understanding of vulnerability management processes and tools.\n- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs.\n- Working knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow platform configuration/development.\n- Strong communication skills and confidence in working directly with clients.\n- Ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver solutions.\n\nPreferred: ServiceNow VR/SecOps certification and experience with enterprise vulnerability management
