IT&Q Compliance Framework & SOP Alignment\n\nEnsure adherence to relevant IT&Q procedures and instructions for digital solutions and IT systems.\nInterpret and apply IT SOPs such as:\nManage IT systems incl. digital solutions (Q187219)\nManage Information Security in IT Solutions (Q187655)\nManage Data Integrity in IT (Q204010) (where applicable)\nGuide teams on how to use procedures, guidelines, and templates appropriately (mandatory vs. supporting).\n2. Risk Management & Compliance by Design\n\nLead and facilitate IT risk assessments using ServiceNow IRM to identify required controls early in solution development.\nEnsure risk-based approach is applied (compliance effort proportional to solution criticality).\nDefine and monitor mitigation actions and control implementation.\n3. Governance of Digital Solutions & Platforms\n\nEnsure proper compliance governance across:\nSystem lifecycle (design, build, validation, release, operations)\nData pipelines and analytics platforms\nSupport system owners and product teams in meeting IT ownership and governance expectations.\n4. Information Security & Data Integrity\n\nEnsure compliance with information security controls embedded in design and operations.\nDrive implementation of data integrity principles (especially for GxP-relevant solutions).\nCollaborate with Global Information Security and Privacy stakeholders where needed.\n5. Documentation & Audit Readiness\n\nEnsure required documentation is defined, created, and maintained:\nSOP-aligned deliverables\nRisk assessments\nValidation and operational records\nLeverage IT&Q templates and toolkit for standardization.\nSupport audits and inspections by ensuring traceability and compliance evidence.\n6. Enablement & Stakeholder Support\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to product owners, engineers, and architects.\nTrain and guide teams on IT&Q processes, templates, and expectations.\nPromote adoption of:\nIT&Q toolkit\nSupporting solutions (ServiceNow ITSM / IRM / ITOM)\n7.
