Redzone provides the tools that enable the self-organizing adaptive behavior of the front-line manufacturing team to win the productivity game, avoiding downtime, or quality losses.\n Under the leadership of Coaching Director, the Project Manager is responsible for management and oversight of Redzone’s project implementation.\nThis position is Full Time, Remote and required to travel 40% of the time.\nResponsibilities:\nFacilitate and lead the customer journey for 6-12 weeks after each new customer is added until we go onsite to coach.\n\nParticipate in onsite Success Plan to focus the customer on the priority activities that need completion.\n\nEnsure signals are connected and tested prior to onsite coaching.\n\nSupport the infrastructure and installation for Visual Factory.\n\nGuide the customer and provide support configuration to map Redzone to the customer’s site.\n\nHighlight any risks and address them with the customer team, Coaching Director, and Platform Leadership.\n\nResponsible for overseeing the deployment of Redzone software for multiple concurrent clients- manage the process from the handover from the sales team through providing onsite coaching services.\n\nConfigure and setup Redzone software that matches the production process at the client’s manufacturing plant. This process must include manufacturing data such as product and equipment information and product run rates.\n\nEnsure automation signals from the plant (such as photo eyes or machine cycles) come back to the software and provide accurate and real time data to Redzone for the shop floor team.\n\nEnsure the contractor work with the hardware and automation happens quickly and efficiently while maintaining the project schedule and cost plan.\n\nPerform regular weekly status calls with active project teams across multiple clients in order to ensure project stays on track and all milestones are achieved.\n\nResponsible for the success of the software and coaching a “Green Go Live” based on project management leading up to that point.\n\nManage client relationships and satisfaction, including but not limited to serving as the point of contact for projects, responding to client requests, and critical events in a professional and timely manner.\n\nUnderstand the escalation process for any critical path items or risk points that could result in delays or unsatisfactory project result(s).\n\nDocument and maintain the project templates, training decks, and communication tools that are used with clients.\n\nSupport on-site Continuous Improvement Coaches and customers with configuration, expansion, and automation requests.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Required Skills\nUnderstand the shop floor environment, workflow, and processes in Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods’ for a variety of industries with the necessary depth to foster confidence and to support the client during the project.\n\nSound judgement and excellent assessment skills.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills.\n\nUnderstand escalation process for any critical path items or risk points that could cause a delay or unsatisfactory project result.\n\nExperience working with project management, ideally in software or systems deployments.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExperience managing or supporting software projects of different sizes, complexity and contractual types.\n\nProven ability to cut through barriers to accomplish tasks.\n\nConfident with MS Office Suite, Windows operating systems and Apple hardware/operating systems.\n\nAbility to plan, organize, and function effectively in a dynamic environment, addressing multiple demands of internal teams and clients. Manage multiple deadlines and tasks.\n\nAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as internal teams.\n\nAbility to self-manage and prioritize tasks across active projects to meet critical path deadlines.\n\nAble to work in a high paced, high growth environment.\n\nTech friendly & comfortable communicating technical requirements regarding networking, wireless, and software information.\n\nProgrammable Logic Controller (PLC) experience and familiarity is a plus, but not required\n\nEducation/Experience\nBA or BS - Relevant fields of study can include and are not limited to: Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management.\n\n4+ years in a similar position-providing direct coaching to business clients.\n\nYour health and well being are important to us at QAD.
