Decision-making happens on the shop floor by the people doing the work, in real time, for immediate impact and a better overall employee experience.\nWith an AI powered platform, nearly 2000 plants and over 500,000 users, Redzone is changing the way people work - one plant at a time.\n Under the leadership of the VP of Product Management, the Integration Product Manager is responsible for defining, refining, and delivering enterprise products that help manufacturers connect Redzone with third-party systems (ERP, MES, and OT/IoT platforms), optimizing data flow, system connectivity and frontline execution across the plant floor.\nThis is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of Redzone’s growth strategy. You will define how Redzone connects seamlessly into the broader manufacturing tech ecosystem-unlocking data from ERP, MES, HRIS, and OT systems to deliver seamless workflows and real-time connectivity for the frontline.\nYou will own the vision and execution for integrating with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, Ignition, GE Proficy, Workday, Kronos, and others. The Integration Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive day-to-day product strategy, execution, prioritization, and customer engagement across integration.\nThis position is Full-Time and Remote, with a requirement to travel up to 40% of the time.\nResponsibilities\nGains a thorough understanding of customer integration needs and uses that knowledge to help deliver enterprise products that provide an unparalleled connected experience.\n\nTranslates business goals, system requirements, and end-user needs into an actionable integration product strategy.\n\nIdentifies goals, metrics, and analytics to determine the business and operational value of integrations.\n\nContinually makes recommendations and refinements to integration capabilities based on customer learnings and technical feedback.\n\nIdentifies pros, cons, issues, obstacles, technical dependencies, and value associated with integration features and API enhancements.\n\nCollaborates with key stakeholders across Redzone, including executives, customers, Redzone Coaching, Sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams.\n\nSupports Redzone’s annual product strategy cadence of ideating and bringing the next big thing to life in order to increase plant performance and connect frontline workers in manufacturing.\n\nFacilitates the prioritization and definition of new integration capabilities, system connectors, and product enhancements.\n\nSupports the development of user stories, technical specs, data mapping, and integration requirements.\n\nProvides feedback to the design team and to Software Engineers during sprint retrospectives and architecture reviews.\n\nClosely partners with the Solutions Consultant team and supports technical integration discussions during peak sales times.\n\nActs as the Integration subject matter expert across product development, customer discussions, and internal enablement.\n\nOwns the day-to-day product management responsibilities for Redzone’s integration roadmap and partner connector suite.\n\nPartners closely with Engineering leads and Product Owners to align sprint backlog priorities, technical debt, and product execution.\n\nDefines and drives product capabilities related to third-party data exchange, ERP/MES/WMS connectivity, OT/IoT data ingestion, and API workflows.\n\nEngages directly with customers, IT leadership, and coaches to understand plant connectivity challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions.\n\nSupports testing, validation, rollout, and early-adopter customer feedback loops for new integration features and platform connectors.\n\nEnsures alignment between integration product direction, customer data outcomes, and operational impact within manufacturing environments.\n\n Experience with software integrations and API-driven data workflows\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing plant operations and shop floor workflows\n\nExceptional active listening in order to gather requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution\n\nComfortable communicating at all levels including delivering technical presentations\n\nEnthusiastic and resilient to keep up in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis\n\nSelf-motivated and proactive mentality and ability to identify and address process gaps\n\nAbility to create and follow standard work processes\n\nAbility to identify goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value\n\nDemonstrated attention to detail\n\nAbility to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution and day-to-day prioritization\n\nStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Coaching, Solutions, and Customer Success\n\nEducation/Experience\nRequired:\nBA or BS Degree\n\nExperience delivering enterprise software integrations, APIs or middleware solutions\n\nExperience in large enterprise multi-tenant customer environments\n\nDesired:\nExperience in manufacturing (ideally automotive or other industrial markets)\n\nExperience with SaaS for deskless workers (manufacturing, field service, etc.)\n\nProduct ownership or product management with iOS\n\nExperience integrating with enterprise ERP, MES, WMS, or OT/IoT systems\n\nExperience working directly with frontline manufacturing teams, IT leadership, cross-functional engineering teams and plant leadership\n\n Compensation Package:\nBase pay range: 80,000 GBP - 90,000 GBP Annual (12 Months)\n\nPlacement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity\n\nThis position is eligible for additional performance incentives\n\nAbout QAD and QAD Redzone:\nQAD Inc. is a leading provider of adaptive, cloud-based enterprise software and services for global manufacturing companies.
