We take ownership of every aspect of the development chain, from initial design to final product.\nAbout the role:\nWe are looking for a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join Qamcom. In this role, you will design, analyse, simulate and verify advanced power electronics solutions across a variety of applications and industries.\nYou will work across the full technical scope-from power conversion and switching strategies to control circuitry, protection, filtering and thermal performance. Depending on the project, you may contribute to anything from sensor-related applications to larger and more complex power conversion systems.\nThe role combines hands-on engineering with in-depth analysis and verification. You will work both independently and alongside experienced colleagues and customers throughout different stages of the development process.\nQualifications\nTo succeed in this role, we believe that you have:\n6 years or more professional experience in power electronics design.\n\nStrong experience designing and verifying power conversion solutions, including DC/DC and AC/DC converters.\n\nExperience in analogue circuit design for monitoring and control applications.\n\nSolid knowledge of power electronics topologies, switching techniques and control methods.\n\nExperience working with power semiconductors and associated gate-driver circuits.\n\nA good understanding of power losses, thermal management, protection and EMI/EMC considerations.\n\nExperience with circuit simulation and schematic capture tools, such as LTspice, PSpice or Cadence.\n\nSwedish citizenship, as required by the security requirements associated with the role.\n\nQamcom Offers\n At Qamcom, we foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where experienced professionals and specialists work together on cutting-edge system solutions.
