Qantas (ASX: QAN) is the flag carrier airline of Australia and one of the world's oldest continually operating aviation groups, headquartered in Mascot, Sydney. Founded in 1920 as Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Services Limited (QANTAS), the enterprise has grown into Australia's largest domestic and international airline group. The company operates a dual-brand strategy serving two primary customer segments: full-service domestic, international, and regional operations under the core Qantas brand (including QantasLink), and low-cost carrier operations under Jetstar.

We’re Jetstar. You may know us for our famous low fares, but did you also know that we’ve flown more than 400 million customers since we launched in Australia in 2004? In fact, each week we operate around 3,000 flights to nearly 40 destinations across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Pacific. We also operate a fleet of more than 80 aircraft, including state-of-the-art Airbus A320/21 NEO aircraft and the Airbus A320 family and Boeing 787-8s. Every day we enable more people to takeoff to more places, more often.

Impressive numbers? What's even more impressive is the team of extraordinary people taking off together day in day out, flight after flight.

Our people are the real jet stars!

  • Shape the capability of frontline airport teams through impactful training, coaching and development programs delivered across the Jetstar network.
  • Play a key role in operational readiness, supporting new airport launches, upskilling initiatives and workforce capability across multiple ports and locations.

It's ideally suited to someone who enjoys working with people, facilitating learning, influencing operational outcomes and being involved in the delivery of real-world training solutions.

The core responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Deliver engaging operational training programs across Jetstar's airport network.
  • Facilitate onboarding, recurrent, compliance and skills development programs for frontline airport teams.
