Together we drive positive business outcomes, taking a considered, cost conscious approach that makes a difference to our customer experience.\nAs the Coordinator Training Scheduling, Flight Crew, you will be responsible for the scheduling of Flight Crew training to achieve optimum efficiency and effectiveness in satisfying the requirements of the applicable flying programs. Located within Workforce Planning this position will ensure compliance with the relevant CASA regulations, industrial agreements and company policy.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nReplan, monitor and amend Flight Crew training schedules and associated logistics to achieve optimum efficiency and effectiveness\nManage training disruption by developing practical and effective recovery plans for each roster period.\nProduce rosters that deliver the business training program \nEnsure compliance with regulatory, statutory and industrial award obligations\nDevelop an optimised rostering process that meets the needs of all key stakeholders\nProduce and maintain efficient training patterns to support the current operational rosters in both the planned and operational environment\nTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:\nThe ability to work in a team and be highly motivated and goal driven\nThe ability to focus in a high-pressured environment and work calmly under pressure\nProficient in Microsoft products\nAbility to demonstrate flexibility in relation to operational needs\nLateral thinking and strong analytical skills\nProven problem solving and decision-making skills\nHighly organised with proven ability to work to strict deadlines\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels\nWorking knowledge of the flying program, business and Crew requirements\nTertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business or Logistics related field (desirable)\nKnowledge of the Australian Industrial framework, Company Policy and CASA regulations (desirable)\nExperience in Training System (e.g. Jeppesen, ARMS desirable)\nThe successful applicant will be a team player who can demonstrate excellent organisation skills and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
