This role is responsible for identifying, scoping and implementing product enhancements, while assessing customer journey, infrastructure and resourcing impacts. You will manage delivery risks, escalate impediments where required, and work closely with cross-functional technology teams and vendors to ensure dependencies are clearly mapped, sequenced and delivered on time.\nYou will develop solution options, delivery plans and cost estimates while managing complex interdependencies across systems, people and processes. Partnering with stakeholders across Qantas Loyalty, Technology, Digital and operational teams, you will deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring outcomes meet business requirements, timelines and budgets. You will also be accountable for ongoing platform stability, operational support and financial management, including oversight of contingent labour, contractor management and associated governance.\nYou’ll have:\n3+ years as an Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Iteration Manager in a digital environment. \nKnowledge and experience in the airline industry or with booking systems is preferred.\nProven ability to plan and coordinate delivery from discovery through to release, optimising time to value. \nDemonstrated ability to coach individuals and squads in adopting Agile mindsets and practices, enabling high-performing teams. \nProficient in multiple agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and other frameworks. \nStrong capability in risk and issue identification and management. \nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nProficient in Jira, Confluence and Miro. \nWhy Qantas?\nAt Qantas, your career can take you further than you imagined.
