Working closely with the Ground and Inflight Training team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our people have the skills, knowledge and confidence to perform safely and effectively in their roles.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to bring your training and operational experience into a highly regulated aviation environment, further develop your facilitation and coaching capability, and contribute to the ongoing development of our people. If you're looking to take on a new challenge and make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver Cabin Crew ground training in accordance with approved training courseware, company procedures, operational standards and relevant regulatory requirements.\nFacilitate engaging and effective learning experiences that support positive training outcomes and maintain required trainee standards.\nConduct competency assessments in accordance with approved assessment criteria and training standards.\nMonitor trainee performance and maintain standards in line with company standards.\nComplete and maintain accurate training records, assessment documentation and associated reporting in a timely manner.\nPrepare training facilities, equipment and materials to support the effective delivery of training.\nIdentify and escalate training-related issues, risks, trainee concerns or equipment faults as required.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant manuals, procedures, training programmes and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate with fellow instructors and key stakeholders to support consistent and effective training outcomes.\nSupport broader training activities and initiatives as required.\nAbout You\nYou’ll bring previous experience in instructional delivery, training facilitation, coaching or teaching, ideally within aviation or another safety-critical, highly regulated environment. You’ll also have a strong understanding of operational and emergency procedures and the ability to translate technical information into engaging and effective learning experiences.\nYou’re a confident communicator who can engage, motivate and support others to achieve positive learning outcomes, adapting your approach to different learners and working styles. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
