This includes the implementation and sustainability of control measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the IT Environment and the data and information contained within it.\nThe Offensive Cyber Security Manager is responsible for the methodology, execution and overall Offensive Cyber Security program across the Qantas Group\nThis position will report to the Senior Manager of Group Offensive Cyber Security (GOCS) and will form part of the key services provided by GOCS across the Qantas Group under the Office of the Group CISO.\nAs a Manager in Group Offensive Cyber Security, this role will be responsible for owning, leading, driving and delivering Offensive Cyber Security initiatives, including penetration testing and red teaming, across the Qantas Group.\nYou’ll have:\n5+ years of offensive cyber security experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Cyber/Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or equivalent\nAt least one relevant industry certification, e.g. OSCP, GPEN, GXPN, or other relevant industry certifications\nExpert communication skills and ability to engage at both technical and executive levels and collaborate with staff, management and non C-level executives effectively\nStrong critical thinking and security analytics skills; able to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements for mitigation\nLead and be proactive in the approach to issue resolution\nAbility to excel in high pressure environments\nA team builder and team player with a positive, pragmatic and collaborative operating style with the highest levels of ethics and integrity.\nWorking knowledge and experience with offensive cyber security capabilities\nPractical experience with offensive cyber security tactics\nKnowledge and expertise in offensive cyber security, OWASP, vulnerability analysis, log analysis, and security consulting and assessment\nExperience and working knowledge of the following, but not limited to: \nCyber security report writing experience\nClient service and client management experience\nSystem/Application vulnerability assessment experience\nNetwork vulnerability assessment experience\nWeb application vulnerability assessment experience\nMobile application vulnerability assessment experience\nInfrastructure vulnerability assessment experience\nRed teaming experience\nSecure coding standards\nProficiency in a programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or Rust.\nWhy Qantas?\nIf you’re successful in your application, you’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
