Partnering with leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions, you will analyse complex operational data, identify emerging trends and opportunities, and deliver meaningful intelligence that supports business outcomes and enhances operational effectiveness.\nIn this role you will:\nDevelop and deliver operational intelligence, turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. \nDrive the evolution of operational reporting through automated, scalable and self-service data solutions. \nContribute to Jetstar's operational data governance framework and shared semantic layer, stewarding data, owning definitions, developing proof of concepts, and supporting a single source of truth that the broader Operations Delivery team depends on. \nPartner with operational leaders to understand use cases, identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities across key performance metrics. \nProvide analytical support for performance investigations, business initiatives and continuous improvement programs. \nTranslate operational and commercial data into meaningful insights that optimise performance, manage risk and improve customer outcomes. \nYou will bring:\nProven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, and learn effectively across operational, commercial, technology and leadership teams. \nExperience in an airline operational environment, with a strong understanding of operational performance drivers and decision-making. \nProven experience developing data products, dashboards and analytical insights in a production environment. \nStrong SQL and Python skills with experience writing clean, well-documented code to automate data pipelines, and deliver analytical data products that others can depend on. \nExperience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake or equivalent modern data environments. \nTertiary qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a related quantitative discipline. \nYour Life At Jetstar Is Unlike Any Other.\nLive the travel dream: You and your nominated travel companions can takeoff more with our famous Qantas Group Staff Travel discount.\nMake work feel like a holiday: Join a fun, driven team where work feels like a holiday.
