The ideal candidate has a strong background in product engineering, people management, system design, and modern software architecture, while remaining hands-on with technology and engineering best practices.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software products.\nDrive technical decisions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, reliability, and performance.\nManage and mentor a team of 5-8 software engineers, providing coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback.\nConduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.\nPartner closely with Product Management to define technical solutions aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.\nLead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and production releases.\nCollaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality, defect-free product releases.\nMonitor production systems, troubleshoot critical issues, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.\nDrive innovation by evaluating and adopting modern technologies and architectural patterns.\nMaintain technical documentation, architecture decisions, engineering roadmaps, and development standards.\n\nRequirements: \n8-12 years of software development experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a product-based company.\nAt least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, managing teams of 5-8 engineers.\nStrong hands-on experience with one or more backend technologies: C# /. NET NET (Preferred), Java, Node.js\nExperience with frontend technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, Angular, or JavaScript.\nStrong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.\nProven experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems with a strong understanding of non-functional requirements.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading engineering teams through complete product development lifecycles.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills: Experience with the following technologies and architectural patterns is highly preferred: AWS (S3 SQS, EKS), Microservices, Event-driven architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event Sourcing, Clean Architecture, EventStore, NServiceBus.\n\nTechnology Stack: \nBackend: C#, ASP.
