Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.\nDeveloper Experience (DevEx): Champion initiatives to streamline development workflows, enhance tooling, and improve code quality, thereby boosting productivity and satisfaction among developers.\nProject Leadership: Contribute to project planning, including task estimation and risk assessment. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team. Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.\nTesting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Ensure thorough testing and debugging of software before release.\nSystem Performance: Monitor and improve system performance and reliability. Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience: 10-14 years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on C#, ASP. NET, MongoDB, Postgres, and AWS services. Proven experience in leading software development projects and teams.\nLeadership: Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.\nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.\nCommunication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nTechnical Expertise: \nStrong understanding of backend technologies and architecture patterns such as DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, and Clean Architecture.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nFamiliarity with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\n\nTechnology Stack: \nAt Qapita, our technology stack includes:\nBackend: C#, ASP.
