programs for machine parts, tools, or sheet metal on numerically controlled machine tools.\nMakes proper cutter selections for each part, taking into consideration such factors as speeds, types of cutters, feeds, and control system limitations.\nSelects program routines for the most efficient computer calculation of dimensional and machining requirements for each part.\nTest and modify existing parts programs for engineering changes or program improvements.\nProvide input for engineering efforts required for new programs.\n\nExtensive use of Catia for engineering evaluations to includeManufacturability\nQuality analysis of critical features\nRelationships between parts, layup modes, mill fixtures, assembly jigs\n\nUtilize validation software to ensure no interference between machines, tooling, and parts\nUtilize probing for set ups, tooling inspections, part quality inspections, and machine inspections\nDesign and build composite tooling for part curing, fixtures for NC machining, and assembly operations\nExperience and Education Requirements\nLevel I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience\nLevel II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-6 years of related experience\nLevel III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7+ years of related experience\nMust be a US Citizen or a Permanent resident per ITAR (International Traffic in Arms
