We have offices and partners across Europe, the US and Asia.\nWhat you’ll do\nPlan, manage and deliver customer implementation and onboarding projects\n\nUnderstand customer needs and translate them into effective Qarma solutions\n\nTrain and support users and stakeholders, including brands, suppliers and factories in China and Asia\n\nWork with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and feed customer insights into product development\n\nEngage customers proactively to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities\n\nYou’ll work with customers through email, online meetings and on-site visits to suppliers and factories. You’ll scope onboarding projects, align stakeholders across time zones and deliver on time.\nOur customers operate worldwide, and so does our team.
