The role is responsible for monitoring manpower, equipment, and resources to achieve productivity, quality, and service delivery targets while ensuring compliance with food safety, aviation security, hygiene, and operational standards. The position also supports flight catering requirements and drives operational efficiency through effective workflow management and coordination.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nLead and coordinate daily operations within the assigned Equipment Processing section.\n\nAllocate manpower and resources across operational areas to meet workload requirements and operational priorities.\n\nDevelop and communicate shift work plans, priorities, and instructions to team members.\n\nEnsure timely receipt, unloading, washing, sorting, processing, packing, storage, and dispatch of airline equipment.\n\nCoordinate equipment processing requirements for Qatar Airways, other airlines, VIP flights, crew training, charter flights, and special operations.\n\nMonitor equipment stock availability and ensure replenishment requirements are met.\n\nVerify incoming inventory and conduct equipment audits and reconciliations as required.\n\nMonitor workflow activities and adjust resources to prevent operational delays.\n\nManage operational priorities during flight schedule changes, aircraft substitutions, service changes, and irregular operations.\n\nEnsure flight sets are prepared, verified, packed, and dispatched according to operational schedules and airline specifications.\n\nMonitor operational KPIs and take corrective actions to address performance gaps.\n\nEnsure adherence to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\n\nBe part of an extraordinary story\nYour skills.
