prepare reports and presentations to communicate outcomes and support strategic decision-making.\n\nProvide dedicated reporting for specialized categories, including mainstream and ladies-only initiatives.\n\nSupport post-event evaluations and community outreach efforts to inform program improvements and increase participation.\n\nAssist in mobilizing volunteers and participants to support the execution of community programs and activations.\n\nEnsure adherence to safety and risk management protocols, safeguarding participant welfare and escalating safety concerns promptly.\n\nProvide front-line support during events and activations, enhancing participant experience and ensuring smooth delivery of activities.\n\nPerform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor.\n\nMinimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, Event Management, or a related field.\n\n2-5 years in sports program delivery, community activation, or event coordination within large organizations, with demonstrated ability to plan, manage logistics, and coordinate multi-sport activities (youth and ladies-only experience preferred).\n\nStrong understanding of sports programming, logistics, and operational planning in dynamic, multi-activity environments.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication, report writing, and presentation skills;
