developments.\nMinimum 8 years in senior engineering leadership positions such as Engineering Manager, Project Engineering Manager, Head of Technical Services, Engineering Discipline Head or equivalent.\nDemonstrated experience leading engineering activities for multi-billion-dollar offshore oil and gas projects.\nStrong background in offshore facilities engineering, including exposure to greenfield and brownfield developments.\nExperience with offshore platforms and associated facilities, including high-pressure gas systems, compression facilities, jackets, topsides, bridge-linked platforms, pipelines and risers.\nProven ability to lead and integrate multi-discipline engineering teams and manage engineering contractors through FEED and EPC/EPIC phases.\nStrong understanding of technical assurance, engineering governance, management of technical deviations and engineering risk management.\nEducational Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or
